Luxury homebuilder Novella Homes was building a gorgeous home on Kiawah Island beside the world-renowned Ocean Course in the private, strikingly independent community of Ocean Park. The problem? The home was at the drywall stage, and knowing how long it can take to sell a high-end luxury home in its price range, Novella Homes wanted to get a head start on selling the home.
A simple rendering of the exterior wasn't enough to allow potential homebuyers to visualize and appreciate the home's planned interior design, layout, or fine finishes, so Novella engaged us to virtually stage several key rooms of the home while its team finished the construction.
